For a limited time, with your 12 month hosting agreement, we will design, at no cost to your company your own basic Business World-Wide WEB page system. This basic Business WEB page system is simple, clear and fast. It offers the features that most organizations need and use. If your needs are beyond what our basic Business WEB page system offers, you can enhance it on your own or we can quote you the additional functions needed. It is our intention to present your company with a complete and acceptable solution in our Business WEB page system, so very rarely will you need additional work beyond what we offer.

We take care of name registration with the InterNIC. We pay registration fees that cover the first 2 years. After that, you have to pay US$50 per year to the InterNIC (this amount can change and is determined by the InterNIC who is the main Internet registration organization).

TIOcom will Host (host means that we will keep your WEB system in our own Server) and perform Maintenance on your WEB system. This means that we will perform necessary backups, adjustments, reporting, tuning, etc. So that your system is available and correct at all times. In our basic fee, we allow for up to 10 Megabyte of disk space for your WEB system, this is more than enough for all but the largest systems. If additional space is needed (very unlikely), we can provide for additional cost.

TIOcom will perform all necessary WEB page updates, changes and additions, on a bi-weekly (or more often, if needed) basis. These could be due to normal system maintenance, additions you request or changes that you request due to normal business change (new product prices, new products, spec changes, limited time promotions, new phone and so on). We could also arrange for you to do all these changes and general WEB Site development, if need so.

TIOcom will register your new WEB system with multiple Internet Directories and Search Engines, so that others can find it (you!) easily. For example, if you sell cellular phones we will list you with several keywords, one of them been : "cellular phones", so anyone who searches for "cellular phones" will find your WEB system and with that, your company and products.

We will provide automatic weekly WEB page access report, so that you can know how many people are accessing you WEB page, this can give you an idea of the leads it can generate, what are the most visited products, etc.

We can generate off your WEB page a FTP Site. You can use it to provide general files to the public or to your customers. This FTP Site could be restricted by using a UserID and Password for your customers or members only.

You receive a Full Access, unlimited use Internet Account, with e-mail and all other features. On the Business level Service, your e-mail would be such that it uses your own domain (company name) so, it could be joe@superpizza.com instead of some strange set of hard to remmember chararters like 12442.7262@compusomthing.com. You can access this account via dial-up phone or using TELNET and FTP from anywhere in the world.

If you already have a WEB Site, we can MIRROR it for you at our own Site. Why? For many reasons: (1)Backup in case your site has to come down or go offline, (2)Split the load and increased availability, (3)More accessible, specially if your WEB Site is located in a different continent, etc.

We can, at your request, forward all e-mails received into your WEB site to your own local e-mail system or if you don't have access to e-mail (and can not use our local Internet access), we can fax e-mails received to your own fax machine.
